An exceptional Spanish speaking EA is required to provide efficient and effective 360° support for both professional and personal life to an award winning accomplished Restaurateur. This is a full-time role but flexibility is key as there may be some evening/weekend work on an ad hoc basis required. Home working is available on an ad hoc basis and when the employer is out of the country.

Specific duties include:

  • Diary and schedule management (professional and personal) for both the UK and oversees
  • Managing emails throughout the day and corresponding on behalf of employer
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Attending meetings with or on behalf of employer, ensuring they have correct information and documentation
  • Managing travel arrangements, arranging visas and accommodation and re-booking any cancellations at short notice
  • Booking transport, restaurants etc in the UK and oversees
  • Raising and recording purchase orders and invoices
  • Assisting with research into new products
  • Liaising with clients, agents and other external contractors
  • Organising and maintaining office systems
  • Working directly with high-level colleagues and other teams such as PR/Marketing, Web Developers and Directors
  • Preparing corporate documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Ordering office equipment and supplies
  • Preparing tax returns
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

About you:

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker and very strong English
  • As the representative of the employer and the wider brand, excellent interpersonal skills are required
  • Extensive PA/EA experience, ideally within hospitality sector
  • Assertive, discrete and diplomatic style
  • The ability and willingness to be flexible and autonomous

Hours are 9am - 6pm week days but inevitably out of hours work (with notice given) will be required. There may be occasional international travel required.

 

Flexibility: 5 days per week, some home working

Location: London/home

Pay: £55,000 - £60,000
