A textile and electronic restoration company has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager. Working closely with the owner, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing customers and nurturing strong and long lasting relationships
  • Identifying potential new leads and converting them into loyal customers
  • Acting as main point of contact for all incoming new partnership opportunities
  • Developing growth strategy
  • Overseeing and executing social media strategy across various platforms
  • Publishing engaging content
  • Managing Marketing budget
  • Designing and deploying impactful email campaigns to both potential and existing clients
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign results
  • Representing the company at industry events
  • Fostering positive relationships with industry professionals

About you:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance and / or claims industry
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel for events and meetings
  • B2B and / or B2C background and some knowledge of design software

Flexibility: 5 days per week (3 in the office, 2 remote)

Location: Surrey and home

Pay: £40,000 - £50,000 + commission
