A textile and electronic restoration company has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager. Working closely with the owner, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing existing customers and nurturing strong and long lasting relationships
- Identifying potential new leads and converting them into loyal customers
- Acting as main point of contact for all incoming new partnership opportunities
- Developing growth strategy
- Overseeing and executing social media strategy across various platforms
- Publishing engaging content
- Managing Marketing budget
- Designing and deploying impactful email campaigns to both potential and existing clients
- Monitoring and analysing campaign results
- Representing the company at industry events
- Fostering positive relationships with industry professionals
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in the insurance and / or claims industry
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel for events and meetings
- B2B and / or B2C background and some knowledge of design software

Flexibility: 5 days per week (3 in the office, 2 remote)
Location: Surrey and home
Pay: £40,000 - £50,000 + commission
