Consultant Roles

We are on the look out for tech-savvy HR/Reward Consultants to join our team of associates to support the delivery of RoleMapper’s AI-powered job architecture services.

Projects include using the RoleMapper platform and proprietary AI to:

  • Harmonise and build job architecture and job families structures
  • Standardize job titles and career paths 
  • Consolidate and build standardized job catalog
  • Feeding back findings to the Machine Learning team to help train algorithms
  • Provide SME guidance to customers

This is a remote working position


Day rate up to £250-£400 pd dependent on project and experience
