A property asset management company (market leaders in delivering energy efficiency) is expanding and looking for an additional Asset Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the regular day to day activity on projects and will act as the point of contact for the client from inception to completion.

The focus of the role is to ensure the success of any project and typical responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking an initial detailed briefing, defining costs and programme objectives
  • Clarifying and defining clients' objectives
  • Carrying out a full review of the asset management business plan
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders throughout a project including contractors, project managers, leasing agents and lawyers etc
  • Managing the business plan throughout the project
  • Developing a working knowledge of all contractual arrangements regarding any asset
  • Carrying out business development to secure future acquisitions
  • Fostering strong successful relationships with key collaborators
  • Participating in company learning and development sessions as required
  • Promoting the company and acting as an ambassador for the business

About you:

  • Relevant property asset management industry experience
  • Degree of any discipline essential (sector relevant desirable)
  • RICS professionally qualified if possible, or studying towards accreditation
  • Understanding of, and strong interest in, ESG essential
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence, build trust and work within a team

Flexibility: 2-3 days per week becoming full-time after probation, hybrid
Location: London
Pay: £75,000 FTE (£30,000 - £40,000 actual for 2-3 days)
