Part-time Marketing Manager, 2 - 2.5 days per week - Remote Working

This is a fabulous part-time, remote working opportunity for a Marketing Manager to play a key role in the continued growth of this innovative, niche technology business supporting the NHS.

This is a "hands-on" standalone role, reporting directly to the Managing Director and is the ideal opportunity for an experienced marketing professional with strong online engagement and digital skills to help the business grow at an exciting time in their development. 

Working on a standalone basis but as part of a small wider team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing strategic planning
  • Campaign conception, development and management
  • Social media planning and content creation - this includes being active with their social media comments primarily on X and LinkedIn.
  • Leading on and working with 3rd party agencies to maximise the effectiveness of their new website and its ongoing management.
  • Increasing traffic to the website through campaigns, including creating and running e-mail campaigns - maintaining content and writing and adding new content pages and producing insightful, relevant articles to maintain SEO.
  • Develop and work with a small team of independent industry experts to generate insightful comment and articles.
  • Engage and build relationships with professional bodies.
  • Working closely with the internal sales team.

  • Reporting on marketing activity and deliverables, including making recommendations
  • Supporting events as appropriate.

About you:

  • You have a strong proven marketing background and ideally this will include marketing directly to multiple levels within NHS Acute Trusts
  • A previous marketing background in a software solutions environment would be an advantage
  • You bring strong experience and a proven track record in building customer engagement through digital channels
  • Your proof reading and copywriting skills are excellent.
  • You have experience of creating strategic marketing plans
  • You are able to work independently in a standalone capacity

Flexibility: 2 - 2.5 days (16 - 20 hours) per week
Location: Fully remote although there may be occasional meetings in London/ South East
Salary: £55k - £60k FTE
