We have a unique opportunity to for a agile and entrepreneurial individual to join this start up/scale up organisation at the very start of its journey.

Our client is on a mission to transform the way government procurement managers and their suppliers manage the time consuming Financial Viability Risk Assessments using cutting edge technology. Their newly developed platform is designed to remove the complexity of economic and financial assessments enabling procurement teams and suppliers to focus on what they excel at.

A small dynamic team, they are looking for an Operations and Partnerships Director with a wealth of experience of Public Sector Procurement either in a bidding capacity or as a supplier, to help build the current business plan.

The Role

A newly created role, the Operations and Partnership Director will be the driving force behind the go to market strategy, business development, product market/fit and customer satisfaction. Day to day you will oversee marketing, find and develop partnership opportunities, work with the team on sales and liaise with developers on new features and product development. Success will be measured by client satisfaction/happiness and revenue.

The Candidate will:

Display an entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of client engagement

  • Ideally have demonstrable experience in selling procurement into the Public Sector
  • Be experienced in lead generation techniques and campaign management across multiple channels
  • Be a self starter, capable of developing the blueprint for the way things are done
  • Show themselves to be capable of strategic thinking but not scared of getting emersed in the day to day
  • Have an understanding of public sector procurement
  • Have experience of Partnerships/networking within the public sector space

Open to part time or full time, hours, with Mondays being an office based day at their rural offices, private transport is a must. A great culture and team to be part of and there is the opportunity to be part of the success in terms of of share options as the company grows.
