HR Manager, Professional Services - 32 hours per week - Hybrid Working

We are working with a boutique consulting firm to recruit an experienced HR Manager to work 32 hours per week on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week in their stunning new City offices.

This is a standalone, generalist role and offers the opportunity to work in a thriving, inclusive and values-driven culture supporting the business with all elements of the employee lifecycle including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, salary benchmarking and appraisals.     To be successful, you must have experience of working in a standalone role and have a background in professional services.    You will possess the stakeholder management skills and emotional intelligence required to work collaboratively across the business, and the discretion and gravitas that is necessary in a thriving professional services setting.   

As this is a standalone role, it has an operational focus although some strategic thinking will be required.
