This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join a boutique consulting firm in a standalone role. This is a hybrid role working 32 hours per week (either 4 full days or 5 shorter days) on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week in their stunning new City offices.
This is a generalist role and offers the opportunity to work in a thriving, inclusive and dynamic culture supporting the business with all elements of the employee lifecycle. This will include employee relations, recruitment, performance management, salary benchmarking and appraisals.
You will possess the stakeholder management skills and emotional intelligence required to work collaboratively across the business, as well as the discretion and gravitas that is necessary in a thriving professional services setting.
