A successful luxury hospitality company is looking to further its growth through the recruitment of an HR Manager. Working across two brands within the company, this is a broad, generalist HR role encompassing all aspects of HR provision.
Specifics include:
- Working closely with heads of department, the Finance Director and CEO to create an HR roadmap
- Policy development to meet employees' needs and ensure compliance with current employment law
- Establishing objectives for employees
- Organising learning and development programmes
- Managing the onboarding and exit process including recruitment of new staff and contractors (advertising roles, interview process, making offers, devising contracts etc)
About you:
- CIPD qualified
- Experience of working within the hospitality sector essential
- Experience of providing the full range of HR services, ideally as the sole HR professional in a company
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and policy writing
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously (but with support)
