As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. Working hand in hand with the sales team, you will focus on acquiring new customers, delivering lead and pipeline growth targets and increasing brand awareness with this new HR Tech category. Acting as a player-coach, you be hands-on in the detail, programme managing all aspects of marketing delivery while will building and leading a high performing team. You will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with the leadership team to drive growth and achieve our strategic goals.

• A natural ability to craft compelling messaging and product positioning (doing it yourself or guiding others) • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and comfortable delivering presentations at a senior level • A result-driven, data-driven approach to how you manage and make decisions • Great project management skills and high attention to detail - someone who is great at keeping projects and all those involved on track To be successful you will be “Start-up ready”. You are naturally proactive, have a positive attitude to change; have a continuous client improvement mindset, are flexible, always happy to go beyond the brief; enjoy working at pace and comfortable with ambiguity.
