An innovative and progressive software company working with start-ups has an exciting, fully remote opportunity for a Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager. Reporting into the CEO and working with a small team, you will be responsible for end-to-end transfer pricing management.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Overseeing preparation of transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements
- Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders including finance, legal and management on transfer pricing issues
- Liaising with external stakeholders ensuring the correct use of inter-company agreements
- Understanding the needs of the customer
- Keeping abreast of trends, developments and best practice within transfer pricing and advising on potential impacts and opportunities
About you:
- Relevant degree in Finance, Law or other related field (post graduate/advanced degree desirable)
- Recognised qualification (ACA, ACCA, ATT CTA) or Accounting degree
- At least 3 Years' relevant transfer pricing experience (some in-house experience essential)
- Deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, theory, interpretation and application
- Strong knowledge and experience of real-world application of OECD transfer pricing guidelines
- Passion for all things direct tax and transfer pricing
- Any experience of transfer pricing software and technology would be hugely welcomed
- Experience of working in a dynamic environment
