Job Purpose

As Customer Engagement Manager you will be supporting our new revenue growth by building relationships with prospects, qualifying and matching customer requirements to RoleMapper solutions and progressing deals through the sales funnel. Your mission is to get our prospects excited about the solutions RoleMapper has to offer!

As Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Networking and proactive outreach to our prospective customers to introduce RoleMapper
  • Building relationships with prospects, qualifying and matching customer requirements to potential solutions
  • Managing the progression of prospects through the pipeline, guiding and educating them through their decision-making process
  • Working with prospects and our sales leader to shape the solution and support the buying process
  • Working with the Customer Success team to ensure an effective handover and onboarding experience for new customers

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in:

  • Account Management, Customer Success or Sales roles working with B2B Enterprise customers
  • Experience or understanding of the HR/Talent/Compensation space
  • Managing and progressing a pipeline of opportunities and building relationships with prospects and customers
  • Qualifying opportunities and matching customer requirements to potential solutions
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) software and analytics tools

You will also have:

  • Motivation to deliver pipeline and achieve revenue targets
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Be highly organised and responsive with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Have a natural curiosity to delve deep into the customer needs, to learn about RoleMapper’s technology and the market we’re in.

Location

While our ‘official’ registered office is in Exeter, we all work remotely across various locations. We have regular team working-together days in Exeter & London, so you would need to live/work somewhere reasonably accessible to one or more of these locations. If you prefer working in an office, we offer flexible membership to regional workspaces.
