Our client is a consulting firm based in London and Berkshire working in the B2B marketplace providing clients with high quality customer feedback/insights by engaging with large and complex multi national organisations who in turn service equally large and complex clients. They are a small growing team and are now looking to hire an experienced individual with around 10-15 years of strong commercial or client management experience gained in a management consulting or FMCG brand owner, or FMCG supply chain environment.
This is predominantly a client facing role, assuming responsibility for a number of existing accounts and your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client meetings, presenting to senior management or sales teams.
- Working closely with Account Managers to ensure that reports, analysis and insight are prepared in a timely manner, delivering thoughtful and stimulating debriefs, and providing advice to the clients you are responsible for.
- Actively building, managing and developing relationships with clients and key decision makers.
- Making a contribution to the business as a whole, working closely with the Managing Partner to help develop and improve the quality of service provided.
About you:
- You have a track record of success in a commercial or client management role.
- Your presentation skills are excellent and you can deliver at senior level.
- You have strong relationship building skills and display gravitas and credibility.
- You can hold your own with a board level audience.

Salary: Circa £95,000 - £100,000 FTE (to be pro rated) according to experience
