Regulatory Compliance Manager (HealthTech) - 1 day per week - Hybrid Working

Our client is at the forefront of developing technology to improve the lives of patients living with chronic conditions and we are excited to be able to offer this opportunity to join the team and make a valuable contribution to the efficiency of the business as it scales.  

Reporting directly into the CEO and working alongside an external consultant, you will manage the Company's regulatory and compliance processes including:

• ISO27001
• Cyber Essentials
• Working with NHSX and NHS Digital to ensure the solution meets new standards, including DTAC standards

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing governance and regulatory processes internally.
• Providing, or arranging, necessary training relating to regulatory requirements for all employees, including new starters.
• Supporting the sales team by answering regulatory questions from clients.
• Working with MHRA to meet governance requirements.
• Managing external consultants to achieve regulatory compliance in the UK and internationally.

About you:

• Whilst a working knowledge of some of the regulation would be an advantage, this is also an opportunity for someone with an interest in the Health Technology space and a willingness to learn about the regulatory landscape to gain valuable experience.   
• Equally, this is also an ideal opportunity for someone on a career break who would like to stay up to date in terms of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• You are a focused and organised individual able to manage your time and others to achieve compliance.
• Your stakeholder management skills will ensure that you are able to work effectively across the business and with external stakeholders.

Flexibility: 1 day per week with some time (around 2 days per month office based).
Location: Home / Central London
Salary: circa £50k FTE or equivalent day rate.
