We are excited to be working with this not-for-profit and values-driven organisation that is doing pioneering work to improve the quality of people's lives by addressing one of the key issues of our time - air quality.

 

Due to continuing growth, they are recruiting a Learning and Development Manager to be part of the HR Management team.   You will take ownership of the L&D agenda as well as having responsibility for the time allocation of employees working within their matrix structure.   This is a role that offers the opportunity to have significant influence on developing the organisation's culture of learning and continuous improvement as well as being able to feed into the design and implementation of people professional development and performance related policies.

 

You will be working across the organisation, keeping track of multiple responsibilities, planning and working collaboratively with managers that require support from matrixed employees.   

 

About you:

  • You must be at least Level 7 CIPD qualified and ideally possess a specialist training qualification or equivalent experience.
  • You have HR Operations experience, ideally with experience of using a staff allocation system.
  • Your experience includes working within a multi-country organisation.
  • You have a strong understanding of talent and competency models and adult learning approaches.
  • Your experience includes successful training design, delivery and evaluation.

 

Flexibility: 21 - 25 hour per week, 50% from home, 50% office based.
Location: Home / Central London
Salary: £52k - £66k FTE (dependent upon experience).
