Our client is a market leading, specialist events business who due to sustained and rapid growth are looking to recruit an Accountant / Finance Manager to enable them to bring their finance function in-house. This is an opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a fast-paced, growing business with international presence and be part of a dynamic, professional and collegiate team.
Whilst your responsibilities will be largely operational, this is a role that offers the scope to grow with the business, make your mark and take ownership of the finance function as the business continues to grow.
Reporting directly into the Founder / Chief Commercial Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing of invoices
- Credit control
- Cash management
- Provision of information to VAT Agency
- Cash-flow forecasting
- Some management reporting
About you:
- You are an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant
- You will relish the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced growing business and join a dynamic, professional and friendly team
- You have a commercial mindset and are comfortable business-partnering at senior level
- You are looking for an opportunity that offers the scope to grow your contribution whilst working in a truly flexible way
Flexibility: 2-3 days per week. At least 2 days per week office based.
Location: City of London
Salary: circa £45,000 FTE
