Our client, in the Health Tech sector is doing pioneering work across a number of clinical areas and is growing rapidly. In order to support this continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional.

Reporting directly into the CEO, the HR Manager will bring structure and efficiencies to the way the business recruits, onboards, manages, trains and supports employees and senior managers with the overall objective of building a higher performing, engaged and more stable organisation.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Management of recruitment across the company – establishing scalable processes and making it faster and simpler to recruit high quality people.
  • Provision of tools, coaching and guidance to the management team in order to support them and their team development and performance.
  • Provision of effective employee relations in order to enable a productive, engaged and inspired team.
  • Review, enhancement and maintenance of HR policies and processes, including ensuring compliance with all relevant employee legislation and UK HR best practice.
  • Providing support to the CEO in finding, securing and maintaining a Board structure and a separate Clinical Advisory Board.
  • Determination of compensation and benefits – working closely with Directors.


About you:

  • This is a standalone role so you need to be comfortable managing the operational / day-to-day aspects of HR alongside the more strategic elements of the role.
  • You are an experienced, CIPD qualified HR manager, ideally having worked in small and large companies.
  • You are passionate about building engaging cultures and are comfortable liaising across all levels of the organisation.


Flexibility: 24 hours (3 days) per week spread over 4-5 days.  At least 1 day per week office based.
Location: Central London
Salary: circa £65,000 FTE
