A confident and experienced HR manager is being sought to join the team of this growing operations based SME with the remit to drive the people strategy in line with the business strategy. Reporting into the CEO the company has a headcount of circa 60 with ongoing growth plans. Strategic and hands on, this a varied standalone role, with some mentoring available at Board level. An exciting opportunity for someone who has gained their experience in a hands-on HR generalist role and is looking for an opportunity to lead the HR agenda.
Main Tasks
Managing and supporting the full employment cycle handling all HR processes such as Induction, Performance Management, Reward and Recognition as well as the Talent Review Process.
Key Skills
Education: Educated to degree standard CIPD qualified
Flexibility: 3 days per week office based - open to flexible working Location: Central London Salary: £60,000 FTE Account Manager: Jayne Winch
