We are working with a boutique Investment Management firm to recruit an experienced HR Manager working 3 days per week out of their beautiful Mayfair office.
This is a generalist, standalone role managing all elements of the employee lifecycle including Employee Relations and Learning and Development. To be successful you must be an experienced HR Manager with a background in Financial Services. You will possess the stakeholder management skills required to work collaboratively with all levels within the business including Senior Partners and the CEO. As this is a standalone role, you must be equally comfortable with the day to day operational tasks as you are with the more strategic elements. You must possess the confidence to work autonomously and have the open-ness required to build relationships across the business.
