A brand design agency working with global, well-known clients as well as smaller brands has a vacancy for a proactive and collaborative Finance and Operations Manager. Reporting into the Founder/Director and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the Finance and Operations Manager is a pivotal and deeply valued role. You will be responsible for the daily running of the finances and have ownership for end to end financial reporting.
Specifics of the role include:
- Managing business planning, budgeting and cashflow forecasting
- Budgeting and forecasts
- Providing accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Reconciliation and management of P&L
- Payroll and pensions management
- Invoicing and expenses
- Administering company benefits scheme (on-boarding/off-boarding)
- Supplier and employee contract management
- Managing financial administration efficiently
- Supporting the Operations Director on the day-to-day management of premises
- Company compliance issues
About you:
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
- Experience and deep knowledge of Xero (including payroll)
- Brand design and/or marketing and creative industries experience strongly preferred
- Technology advocate - must be comfortable using new software platforms
- Be able to analyse and deliver insights using technology
- Must have a meticulous eye for detail

Pay: £55,000 - £65,000 FTE
